Welcome to the Club!

Here at the Camden County Chess Club in New Jersey, a 501(c)(3) - recognized organization, we center everything we do with two things in mind: the people and, you guessed it, the chess. We offer various formats for chess OTB (over-the-board) and chess clocks open to all. We meet to discuss chess theory and tactics, play friendly games, and, in the short future, holding USCF-rated tournaments.

For the safety and well-being of all participants, children and minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult while attending our chess club activities. We kindly remind parents and guardians that we cannot assume responsibility for unaccompanied minors during their time at the chess club.

Time Doesn't Matter

If you've been playing for you entire life or are completely new to the sport, our goal is to have you enjoy the game of chess while also feeling like you've learned something that you can take with you both over the board and out into the real world.
